Cliff & Susan Capture Second Consecutive Entertainer of the Year Award, Win Vocal Duo/Group of the Year at 2026 Arkansas Country Music Awards
Arkansas duo earns two of the night's highest honors while preparing to release new music and their upcoming sophomore album, Come On In
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (June 2, 2026) — Arkansas country music duo Cliff & Susan captured two of the night's highest honors at the 2026 Arkansas Country Music Awards on June 1st, winning Entertainer of the Year and Vocal Duo/Group of the Year during the annual awards ceremony celebrating the state's top country artists.
The Entertainer of the Year victory marks the duo's second consecutive year receiving the organization's highest honor, further cementing their place among Arkansas's leading independent country artists.
The awards cap off another milestone year for Cliff & Susan, who perform more than 200 shows annually and have built a reputation for energetic live performances, rich harmonies, and their signature blend of fiddle, guitar, and piano-driven country music.
"Arkansas is making incredible music right now, and we're proud to be a small part of it," said Cliff & Susan. "We're grateful to the Arkansas Country Music Association for creating a place where artists can come together, celebrate each other, and continue raising the bar for country music in our state."
The recognition follows a remarkable run of accomplishments for the duo. Their debut album, Fiddle & Keys, earned Album of the Year honors at the Arkansas Country Music Awards and helped establish the pair as one of the region's fastest-rising acts. Since then, Cliff & Susan have appeared nationally on the Huckabee television show, toured internationally in seven countries, opened for artists including ZZ Top and Sawyer Brown, and earned national recognition as independent artists.
The duo is currently preparing to release new music from their upcoming sophomore album, Come On In, a project centered around community, connection, and the dance-floor energy that has become a hallmark of their live shows. The album is expected later this year and follows a breakout period that has seen the duo win multiple state and national honors while continuing to expand their audience across the country.
Their newest single, "Between the Whiskey & Rain," will be released on June 12.
